We have immediate openings for professional, reliable Private Hire Drivers for consistent, twice-daily contracted routes.
- Licensing Requirements: We are actively accepting applications from drivers holding either Nottingham City Council or City of Wolverhampton Council licences.
- Our Ideal Candidate: Because this specialised work involves transporting SEN children, we look for the best possible professionals. The ideal candidate must possess outstanding patience, excellent communication skills, strict punctuality, and an absolute commitment to safety and passenger care.
- Vehicle: You will utilise your own well-maintained, council-approved private hire vehicle.
Passenger Assistants (PAs) Jobs
Passenger Assistants play a vital role in our daily operations, travelling in the vehicle alongside the driver to guarantee absolute safety, comfort, and peace of mind for both the driver and the service user.
No prior specialised experience is required, as we provide full professional development to set you up for success.
- Background Checks: An enhanced DBS check is required for this role. If you do not currently hold one, we will completely arrange and handle the DBS process for you.
- Comprehensive Training: We invest heavily in our team.
You will receive fully funded training across a variety of essential skills, including:
- Understanding neurodiversity, including ADHD and Autism.
- First Aid certification.
- Epilepsy awareness and management training.
